Water ~ It Is Deeper Than You Think!
I spent a little time researching our whole house water filtration system, which I LOVE by the way and would like to share with you..
All of us drink bottled water. I hope that the bottled water is spring water, not purified drinking water, because natural spring water has "energy". It has the energy of the spring, it is alive, it contains many minerals, and also is charged with alkalizing negative ions.
But anytime that you use water, whether you cook with it, wash your grains and vegetables in it, bathe in it, even brush your teeth with it, you are exposing yourself to whatever is in the water such as microorganisms, chemicals used to purify it, heavy metals that leach into it via the ground via gasoline or oil leaks from vehicles and the like, pesticide runoff from yards and roadways, and on and on. This could cause such symptoms as headaches and nausea, or worse, and you may experience these often and unknowingly simply from the water that you ingest in the above "second hand" ways.
For example, chlorine is one of the main chemicals used to purify city water. It is an excellent agent for disinfecting water, but it is not good for you. It very easily is absorbed via the skin and body tissues, and attaches to fatty acids where it disrupts life sustaining functions. And chlorine vapors, which swirl around you while you shower or bathe, get inhaled and go directly into the bloodstream. In fact, about half of your daily exposure to chlorinated water occurs while showering. The amount of chlorine exposure during one shower is comparable to drinking several gallons of chlorinated water per day.
Thus, the need for either a whole house water filtration system, or individual filters on your sink faucets and shower heads.
There are several good water filters to choose from. Look for one that mimics a mountain spring, charging the water with negative ions and energy, and imparting an alkalizing energy for you to absorb, while retaining the mineral content, and blocking harmful chemicals and toxins of all kinds.
I know many of you will ask which filter we use.
We use the Wellness Filter. www.wellnessfilter.com, and as I said earlier, we just love it. They have several models to choose from. And water is so healing, so soothing, so cooling in our hot climate, that we really recommend surrounding yourself with the cleanest and purest water that you can create.
That is our news of the day.
Our best to everyone.
