Private Cooking Classes
Vegan - Vegetarian - Macrobiotic
Private cooking classes are held in the Wholly Macro kitchen. We like to start with our basic first class in order to give you a thorough and comprehensive overview of how to prepare an entire days worth of healthy meals for yourself. The classes are approximately 3 hours long. This is an excellent hands on natural foods cooking class, and you will leave the class feeling confident in knowing that you can now cook with unprocessed whole grains dried beans, a wide variety of healthy vegetables including sea vegetables, the proper amount of good quality sea salt, and so much more. Instruction is based on oriental medicine/macrobiotic principals. Try a dessert class for a real treat!

Live, exciting, and entertaining cooking demonstrations available for special events, parties and more. Wholly Macro has taught cooking classes and held cooking demonstrations at a number of well known facilities including Whole Foods Market, Gilda's Club of South Florida, Publix Greenwise Markets , Nutrition S'mart, Michio Kushi at the Mayfair Hotel, Coconut Grove, FL, The Rick Sanchez Show, ABC Local Nightly News, to name a few.
